Keeping It Clean and Working

• Before cleaning, remove the internal motor unit through the zippered opening — never wash the electronics or submerge the toy with the unit inside
• Spot clean the plush with a lightly damp cloth and mild soap for everyday dirt or fur
• For a deeper clean, hand wash the empty plush cover in cool water with mild detergent, then air dry it fully before putting the motor unit back in
• Do not machine wash or tumble dry the plush cover unless confirmed safe — heat and agitation can damage the fabric
• Charge with the supplied USB cable only; don't leave it charging unattended for long periods
• Store in a dry place and top up the charge occasionally if it won't be used for a while
